The course combines standards established by the Project Management Institute (PMI). The course expands upon PMBOK® GUIDE on the basis of practical examples that will help the class participants to understand cost and risk management theory and to apply that knowledge at work place while managing projects. At the end of the course you will be able to understand and manage cost and risk environment from the start of a project until the end of it by successfully deployment of the tools and the techniques we cover in this course.
